Place of Stones

Place of Stones is an ambient/drone record inspired by the construction of the Hoosac Tunnel in Western Massachusetts from 1851 to 1875. Though a marvel of civil engineering, the project claimed the lives of 195 workers, earning it the nickname The Bloody Pit.
